Very relaxing stay at Novotel Sarajevo Bristol. Fantastic service with courteous and polite staff. - Wonderful room with a good-sized bathroom offering hypoallergenic and down pillows. - Marvellous setting close to grocery stores, malls, and within walking distance of most attractions.

The hotel is newly renovated and as such it offers a very good and modern accommodation in Sarajevo. Taxi is very cheap in Sarajevo and the hotel is a 3-4 minute drive from centre. We went for the film festival and it was perfect for us. The highlight of the hotel is the spa with swimming pool, sauna, massage and also a really good gym. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is a dry hotel (no alcohol is served anywhere) but that didn't really bother us. All the rest is great.

there are reasonable prices in the property. the staff are especially helpful and hard-working. the location is handy and exceptionally nice, 2 km from an endowed museum.

Truly enjoyed this gorgeous accommodation with amazingly kind and pleasant staff in the reception helping us for all of question and request. the double room that we stayed in was neat and fabulous. - There were facilities such as an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. - Everything was simply excellent.

Although they try to create non smoking areas, BiH is a smoking country and one is confronted with smokers in public areas and the restaurant. As the space is large that is not too much of a problem and would not bother a smoker. Also, if you want to have a glass of wine with dinner....forget it. It is a dry hotel. You will have to go elsewhere. But otherwise all is perfect!

Convenient location near the airport ✈️.

Clean pool, parking on-site. A nice size rooms with a nice view which was good, food good. Varied and great breakfast, a wide array of meals. Location not far from Sarajevo and Jahorina, most anything was in walking distance and airport ~BAM17, to old town ~BAM10.

The room was a nice size with a nice view which was good and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Wonderful location, the staff were eager to help. There was a good restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

Nice sauna and swimming pool area, free drinks in the room’s minibar (water, juices and coke) and a great laundry service.

No place to sit and have a drink after 11pm, design and furniture is cheap, bathrooms are very small and very badly planned, hotel is highlighted at night and lights shine directly to the room through the tin curtains, breakfast is very average be careful with desserts at café with terrace as my friend got poisoned. Credit card preauthorization of full stay is required (plus sum extra %) but the amount on card was not released even after 25 days!!, When I tried to contact hotel stuff on that they stopped replying after my second e-mail and request to contact their bank to release the blocked amount. One way exchange service if you prepay your stay in cash the extra % will be returned in km. Location for such a small and beautiful city is very bad. In addition to all troubles the hotel is dry.
